Nickel Alloys Inconel 625 Rivets

The Inconel 625 Rivet is a specialized, permanent fastener used primarily in aerospace, aircraft fabrication, and high-temperature structural assemblies where joint integrity is critical and maintenance is rare. Unlike threaded fasteners, rivets create a permanent joint by plastically deforming one end (the shop head) to clamp two or more materials together. Manufactured from the robust nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy, UNS N06625 (Alloy 625), these rivets utilize the alloy's signature properties: high tensile and shear strength and outstanding corrosion resistance. The presence of molybdenum and niobium ensures that the joint maintains its strength and integrity from cryogenic temperatures up to 982°C (1800°F). Inconel 625 rivets offer exceptional defense against pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC), making them ideal for exhaust systems, jet engine components, and corrosive chemical tank linings. We manufacture and supply solid rivets and structural blind rivets in accordance with relevant aerospace and industrial specifications.
