ASTM A193 B7M Couplings

The ASTM A193 B7M Coupling is a short, small-diameter pipe fitting used to connect two pipe sections or to provide a threaded or socket-weld access point in a line. Supplied by Zeron Fasteners, these components are often manufactured via a machining or forging process from alloy steel equivalent to the B7M grade. Couplings can be Full Couplings (threaded or weldable connections on both ends) or Half Couplings (threaded or weldable on one end for attachment to a larger pipe or vessel). The key feature is the B7M material's controlled maximum hardness (the 'M' designation), which provides essential resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC).
